EMU 800 electric multiple unit. After coming to Changhua Train Station, we knew that the railway in both Changhua Post and Yuanlin Post was put into operation in 1905. In 1922, Changhua Post became the intersection of mountainous line and sea line, with a vital position. Changhua vehicle shift team was established in Changhua Station, Changhua locomotive depot was the central repair base of commuting electric multiple unit, and there was the first centralized traffic control (CTC) room of the main Zhunan-Tainan Line in Taiwan.

      Those displayed in the railway cultural relic hall include signal lamp, briefcase, telephone and flashlight, as well as the railway lunch box and tea cup which people memorize. Teacher Chang-hung also performed the tea serving skill in the train in the early period, making us amazed. The “guide board number” is transferred between the conductor and guide board number captain when the train arrives at the station, and recently, it has been controlled by the central electronic system.
