       We went to Nan Zhou elementary school which the principal used to teach there. There was an old camphor tree, but it died. The principal thought it’s too pity to throw away. He cut it into some wood planks. He invited members of “The Nine Huang-Xi Prodigies” to write calligraphy on them. They decorated them to the school gate. We admired these beautiful words and answered questions.

       On the weekend, I went the Ming-Dao University for an exhibition. It's the exhibition of variation of cursive style of calligraphy in Tang Dynasty. There's a masterpiece named "Kuang-Sheng" written by Jin-Fa, Hsu. Although there were only two characters, it really impressed me a lot. He enriched the calligraphy with more colors and the features looked more vivid. I thought it called "words in painting, and painting in words".

       Famous Calligraphers wrote calligraphy on some wood planks which decorated the road of the campus in Nan Zhou elementary school. Some great calligraphy was designed to the garden. It’s suitable to use calligraphy to beautify the environment. Today I learn application and beauty of calligraphy.
