Subsequent to our visits to many mushroom cultivation and soy sauce brewing experts, through their introductions and our personal tours to see the procedures, we gained a lot of knowledge about the nutrition of mushrooms and the significance of soy sauce. To promote these products, we decided to cook meals using these two ingredients.




We not only prepared dishes of cooked mushrooms with soy sauce poured on them.





We also encouraged our family and friends to buy and taste them more.
