It situates in Railway Cultural District and was originally a railway examination garage which was established in 1977. Its main function was to examine the train and clear the malfunction. In 2010, it was turned into a steam train exhibition hall, laying out steam locomotive number 604, 326, and 364, stream train, old photos of the refinery and some other railway facilities. It also offers tour guide service.
