Mr. Chen is always wearing a smile and he is hospitable. He often shows up in his restaurant and greets customers. If the customers are interested in railway relics, he will personally take them upstairs to friendly introduce them to the relics.

Chen, Zhao-Qiang had been helping out in her mother’s food stall since he was little, and thus, his interest in making cuisine had been nurtured. After finishing military service, being a dab hand at cooking, he opened Fu Jing Restaurant which sells railway lunch boxes.

Besides selling lunch boxes, he had also been keen on collecting all kinds of railway relics and therefore got to know many rail fans. Such interest of his had been cultivated since he was little because his grandfather, his grandfather’s brothers and his father were all Taiwan Railroad train drivers. He displayed his abundant collections orderly in every corner of the restaurant and established Fu Jing Railway Relics Hall. In Fu Jing Restaurant, the customers can not only enjoy delicious cuisines but they can also immerse themselves in the railway featured scenes. Fu Jing Restaurant gains a world-wide reputation and has become a pilgrimage for rail fans.
