Pili Glove Puppetry laid its foundation back when his grandfather Hai Dai Huang started it and passed to his father Jun Xiong Huang. Plus, they were invited to be on TV, so they could thrive and develop to such a scale.
Many people had attempted to copy their mode, but you know what? Many of them went broke, and they lost more than just money. Jun Qing Huang is Jun Xiong Huang's elder brother. He followed this mode, and he lost a lot of his money. One of his apprentices also lost a few ten millions and went broke.
If you want to enlarge the scale and put a great deal of money in it, the risk is high, but if you want to maintain as it is now, you have to face the situation of having no successors. So what we are going to do is to do our best to perform and hope for those that are willing to inherit and pass on Glove Puppetry to come.
If someone is interested, I don't need to teach him. He will naturally be influenced by it and learned the knack. Yet, parents nowadays are against their kids in learning Glove Puppetry, assuming it not promising.
They are willing to spend money on children learning piano but not Glove Puppetry. They think it's not promising and one can't live it off.
In my own experience, I have been teaching since 1990. There is only one student that is willing to stay in this industry. He had been learning with me since 1992 in his first year in junior high school. Until now, he is still performing.

The biggest concern is that there are barely any successors in this industry. I have seven other siblings and we all live off Glove Puppetry. We are passing this on, so my family supports us.9. What is your dream or things you want to do?
My dream is to perform Glove Puppetry in school.
If students come watch my show, I will teach you how to operate the puppets and you will feel interesting.
What I want the most is for you students to come behind stage to perform with me. I will be very glad, but if I am going to do so, it is going to cost a lot of money, so we rarely have such activity, but that is my dream for the present.
