Qing Fa's “Yuanlin New Paradise Glove Puppetry Troupe” built up Yuanlin Baiguoshan Glove Puppetry Kingdom. They were invited to perform in many places in Taiwan. They zealously participated in promoting and passing on the culture of Glove Puppetry as well.

In their leisure time they often hole Glove Puppetry camps, guiding students to operate glove puppets and teaching them to play backstage Peikuan musical instruments in the hope to intrigue students' interest toward Glove Puppetry and further inherit its culture.

Besides giving performances in Taiwan, they often represent Taiwan to perform in China Town in the U.S, Los Angela, Canada, and Paris, spreading Glove Puppetry culture to other countries and gloriously bringing it on international stage.

Qing Fa's devotion raised the visibility of the art of Glove Puppetry. We can see it everywhere in Taiwan and witness the development of Taiwan's society. It also brings Taiwan's convention to the international stage, showing foreign countries Taiwan's Glove Puppetry culture.

Qing Fa was rewarded with Art Heritage Award in 1994 and was summoned and praised by the president for his efforts. Aside from many performances in all over Taiwan, he and Huang Hai Dai's (黃海岱) “Wu Chou Yuan Glove Puppetry Troupe” (五洲園掌中劇團) were invited to perform in Paris. Many times, he had also been invited to perform in TaiwanFest in Chinatown for a month and in 2013, he was invited to perform in Los Angela. Qing Fa's persistence and passion to pass on and enhance Glove Puppetry is Yunlin's honor.
